We simply have very different lives now than we did a very short time ago. When I was in college in the 1980s, I remember the “green screen” computers in the basement of the library. No one had a laptop. We wrote — and I mean WROTE — term papers. We made mix cassette tapes of our favorite music. There were no real video games. No one had them in their dorms.
