Ciceron, a leading brand advocacy firm in the Twin Cities is looking towards their future, with the help of Dawn Hepper, the new Vice President of Strategy, and Julie Verhulst, the new Director of Client Services.

Previously Hepper served as the Vice President of Client Services, working with the client managers in a leadership role. In her latest role as Vice President of Strategy, she will take on the challenges of creating comprehensive digital strategies, with social advocacy being a main part of the process. She will continue to provide senior level thought leadership through her strategic analysis of client advocacy programs.

“Dawn has been instrumental in the growth of Ciceron over the past several years,” Andrew Eklund, founder and CEO says. “Her ability to see what’s to come for our clients in this interconnected, customer-centric world is uncanny. She is a one-of-a-kind leader in this market.”

“I’m excited to watch clients mature and be apart of that maturity in their digital strategy,” said Hepper. “Helping clients get to that next level of full advocacy is my goal.”

Working closely with Hepper as well as with the client managers, Julie Verhulst will be stepping up to fill the Director of Client Services role. As Ciceron’s longest serving employee in the firm’s 17 year history, Verhulst has run the gamut of positions and worked her way up from the front desk into the role of Marketing Operations Manager, before taking on the new Director position. She will be creating continuous lines of communication and working to expand the level of service available to each client. Having been on the services side previously, Verhulst understands first hand what the client managers need to stay on top of client demands.

“I’m excited to be the liaison and connection between each process and be able to bring everything together to make our business more meaningful to the clients,” says Verhulst.

“Julie has consistently found amazing new ways to add value to our customer work,” says Eklund. “Julie tirelessly keeps our team focused on delivering quality work that is meaningful, accountable, and delightful.”
