Finale Music
is professional-level software for musicians to arrange and compose and print out their sheet music. While the existing site no longer matched the Finale brand, the bigger issues were with visitors and customers having a hard time finding and purchasing products.
Ciceron’s Solution
A usability analysis of the site uncovered navigation and organizational difficulties, leading to a full redesign of the site. Phase 1 was completed in 2009, dealing with the home page and the product pages. At the end of 2009 and into the beginning of 2010, Ciceron is conducting several rounds of A/B testing focused on optimizing the download and purchase process. In Q2 of 2010, we are planning a significant rethinking and overhaul of the online shopping experience.
