We think about these questions all the time. With data surrounding marketers at nearly every crossroad, developing an ongoing truth-based roadmap for performance in marketing should be a no-brainer.

But conflicting IT priorities, data silos, and bottlenecks prevent marketers from operating from a position of knowledge and freedom. Marketers live with incredible pressures to perform, especially under the fog of skittish markets. But do they actually have the tools to make the right decisions? All the data they need is there under their noses, but they often can’t get to it. We at Ciceron consider this to be challenge #1 for marketers. Consolidating all marketing data is the first step towards advancement and modernization of marketing. Marketers cannot make massive strives forward when their data is locked up and inaccessible.

Solving the data crisis has been our top priority this year. We are launching what we call the Ciceron Intelligence Hub, a highly-integrated tech stack comprised of the industry standard bearers of data privacy like Snowflake coupled with visualization from Domo and connections across all channels, from Google and Meta to The Trade Desk and other DSPs. We’re building this technology stack in ways that unleash marketers while not burdening IT resources to implement.

The Intelligence Hub will also free consumer intelligence to the rest of the organization. We bring in sales data, both unstructured and structured. We connect marketing to sales performance so that there is no conflict between these two critical business activities. And then finance. Yes, finance. Measuring ROI and customer lifetime value, knowing where to invest, divest, and challenge the status quo.

This has been some of the most fulfilling work in our history, and we are excited to bring it to market. To some extent, we’ve chosen to park ourselves right in the empty seat between marketers and IT to fuse talents together in service of creating unparalleled outcomes.
