Jake’s what you’d call a reverse-engineer. His expertise in traditional advertising (broadcast, billboards, print, etc.) brings a well-needed perspective into out digitally-honed world.
As our Director of Media Investment Strategy, he’ll be helping us be more aware of nomadic audiences by designing media strategies for Fortune 500 clients alongside our Director of Media Strategy, Jody Biagini, for clients like Warner Music, Be The Match and Georgia Pacific. He’ll also be vital to moving traditional channels into more sophisticated packages within the digital realm, bringing a wealth of experience in both agency-side planning/buying and brand-side empathy.
Jake brings almost 15 years of agency and in-house experience as a Marketing Communications Manager at General Mills, where he oversaw media buying, social and internal marketing for brands like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms and Reese’s Puffs cereal.
He’s also a long-suffering Minnesota sports fan, casual historian and aspiring chef, who prefers his coffee black, water tap and scotch neat. Some day he hopes to start that Sunday-dinner-with-paired-wine-and-board-games podcast he’s been talking about.
