Phil leads all social marketing activities as a leader within the Digital Marketing Group, with a particular focus on the myriad opportunities in emerging paid social advertising channels. He also oversees all social marketing campaigns, employee and consumer advocacy programs, and social content strategies. Phil began his marketing career focused on web content curation, integrated marketing automation platforms, and search engine optimization at Accurate Home Care. He is also the co-founder and former general manager of Wake Tonka – School of Wakeboarding & Water Skiing.

Aside from water sports, Phil is a University of Wisconsin Badgers enthusiast, who also enjoys a good beer and the occasional office shenanigans.
